‘The EAGLE and the UNICORN’ exhibition at Duff House.
An exhibition of the untold stories of Polish Soldiers from WW2 and their descendants.
September opening: Thursday to Sunday 10am-12.30 & 1.15-4.30pm
October -December opening: Friday to Sunday 10am-12.30 1.15-3.00pm
This project by Macduff Heritage, supported by Friends of Duff House, started with a photo of Polish soldiers outside Duff House. It celebrates the stories of those men who escaped Poland when it was invaded by the Nazis and Russians, stayed in our area after the war, and who’s families are a thriving part of our community.
