Cast a silver ring using the traditional method of cuttlefish casting – a technique used to create textured surfaces by pouring molten silver into a cuttlefish bone mould. This workshop is for beginner or those with a little experience in jewellery making and is held in The Smiddy in Banff. You will learn how to make a silver ring by casting molten silver and take it home with you on the day. What a way to spend a day.
