Join me for #InternationalWomensDay on Sunday 8th March at 10.30am in Whitehills Public Hall for a 2 hour yoga workshop aimed to light your inner fire and awaken the powerful goddess that’s inside of you all.
If you have some serious goals you want to smash this year or simply feel a bit lost and unsure of yourself or the direction your life is going in, then this workshop will fire up confidence, inspiration and vision to allow you to take the lead in your life and make a step towards positive and empowered change.
The theme for #IWD2020 is #EachforEqual so it doesn’t matter what your goals are, where you come from, what your job is (if you have one), your financial situation, how old you are or your physical ability.
