Ambrose Parry is a pseudonym for the collaboration between husband and wife, Chris Brookmyre and Dr Marisa Haetzman.
Chris Brookmyre is the international best-selling and multi award-winning author of over twenty novels. Dr Marisa Haetzman is a consultant anaesthetist with twenty years experience, whose research for her Masters in the History of Medicine uncovered the material upon which the Ambrose Parry novels are based.
The first two novels, The Way Of The Flesh and The Art Of Dying are set in 19th century Edinburgh.
The couple live in Scotland.
